About Marie-Sophie!
Marie-Sophie’s journey began with a deep love for movement. As a child, she trained in competitive gymnastics, eventually becoming the 2015 Eastern Canadian All-Around Champion. She also explored diving and trampoline, always drawn to the thrill of doing flips. Eager to discover more, she set off on a solo journey around the world, leaving Quebec behind to embrace adventure and new perspectives.
After three years of travel, she returned to Montreal and auditioned for the National Circus School, accepted into the teeterboard program—being part of the school’s first female teeterboard duo. Since then, she has specialized in teeterboard and minor in Chinese pole, aerial silks, and slackline.
Alongside her circus training, Marie-Sophie cultivated a growing passion for acting. She studied at Atelier Fichaud and took a variety of classes in theatre and on-camera performance. Fascinated by character work and emotional expression, she quickly found herself at home in front of the camera. During her time at the ENC, she landed two leading roles in independent films. These experiences deepened her appreciation for storytelling and opened new doors in her artistic journey—blending circus, physical movement and acting with authenticity and heart.
